Spice Entertainment was honored with the award 'for outstanding contribution to community harmony in the Bradford District' and was the winner of the Business Category of the 2009 Community Harmony Awards.
This is the seventh year of the awards when local people are honoured and recognised for their contributions towards promoting harmony and good relations between the district's communities.
During the past six years, individuals, groups, employees and businesses have been acknowledged for engaging in activities and projects aimed at bringing people from different backgrounds and cultures together to promote community cohesion and good relations.
The Lord Mayor of Bradford Councillor Howard Middleton and the Lady Mayoress hosted the awards which took place last week at City Hall.
The Chief Executive of Spice Entertainment Raj Parmar was really pleased to have won and said as the company recently celebrated our 10th anniversary this is just the icing on the cake. I would like to thank all Spice Entertainers both past and present, our partners for their hard work and enthusiasm.
